Delphine qualified as a CA (SA) 17 years ago and since then has focused her career in the South African investment management sector. Delphine is Founder and Chief Investment Officer at Perpetua Investment Managers, an investment management business she formed in 2012.  Prior to that Delphine spent 11 years at Allan Gray Limited, where she was a portfolio manager and executive director.

Delphine plays an active and prominent role in various financial services industry bodies across a wide spectrum of influences including regulatory; developmental; mentorship; diversity advancement and thought leadership.  She is especially a firm advocate for greater and more active inclusion of black professionals and women in the investment management sector; and also to make professional investing more open to all South African citizens be they as savers or future employees of the sector
